Absolutely a must do place in Knoxville. The atmosphere is unique. I love that it is always busy. It's always friendly. The drinks are mixed by the best! Thanks Meg! Cute speakeasy hidden within the walls of the Oliver Royal, Peter Kern Library. Can be a little crowded but is very cozy. The staff is super friendly and choice of unique drinks are plentiful!

Always a special time at this funky speakeasy. Enjoyed the Wicked theme going on right now. The new drinks were superb, the bartender top notch and service spectacular.
I loved the atmosphere!! It was quiet and intimate. There isn't a crowd because they only let a certain amount of people in at a time. Try the rick deckard - gin based cocktail wiht dijon mustard - the most unique drink I've had!! Top notch!
This was such a neat experience. You need the password to get in, found on their Facebook, and it's such fun. The drinks are definitely what you go for. They were AMAZING! Pricey, but we'll worth it, they use the best ingredients and it shows.

Oddly enough, I like the secrecy, password protection and the wait. Even being seated next to strangers didn’t bother us because we met some really cool people who were fancy cocktail and bourbon fans. Definite recommendation to anyone who’s visiting Knoxville and I will absolutely be going back for more.
On a scale of documentaries to romances, Peter Kern Library is the haunting of Oscar Wilde.
A secret back entrance with a password set the mood immediately. We were ushered through a hallway into the most charming speakeasy. I felt like I had been transported to a time before televisions and phones.
If you're ever in Knoxville, this is a must. This is the only way I want to drink alcohol.
